Tickets
Ticket types and limits
Standard, early bird or a table. A price, a limit, and when each type goes on sale.
Each event can have more than one ticket type. A type has a name, a price, how many you will sell, and when it goes on sale.
Add a type
On the Tickets step, add a line for each type. Typical ones:
- Standard, the main ticket.
- Early bird, a lower price that ends when you say.
- Table, a price for a whole table rather than one person.
A ticket can cost nothing. A paid ticket can include a booking fee for your venue, with the VAT you set on that fee. The fee is yours. The payment goes to your own Stripe account. Hospitality App takes no commission. Stripe’s own fees still apply.
Limits
Set a limit on the ticket type, and a limit for the whole event. Sales stop when either limit is reached. The events list shows how many have sold against that limit.

When they go on sale
Each type can wait until a date and time you set. Until then the public page can show a countdown. After that time, the type is on sale if the limit has not been reached.
Refunds
Refund the tickets you choose. Those places can go back on sale. A refunded ticket will not scan at the door.
