Take your first order

The till runs full screen, on a tablet or on Hospitality App Till for Windows. Staff sign in with their PIN. The next order is attributed to whoever unlocked it.

Take the round

1. Open the till. Categories run down the side, with the products for that category on the grid. Search is there if the button is not in view.
2. Tap the product. A drink asks for the measure: half or pint, single or double, 175ml, 250ml or bottle. Each measure has its own price.
3. A line can take an option, an extra or a mixer. Tap a dish twice and it sits on the bill twice, so each plate can have its own note. Drinks still stack.
4. The running total is on the bill. Add a note if it should print on the bill and the kitchen ticket.

The till records the sale. It does not take the card. Your card machine does.

Where the order sits

Counter service and table service are set for the venue. A bar tab is saved against a name. A table uses the floor plan. Either way the sale stays open until it is paid, split, or charged to a room.

Held sales stay with the PIN that held them. When the till is idle it locks, and the next person enters their own PIN.

Till / POS is included in Complete. There is no per-terminal fee.
