Capacity for the week
Rooms sold against rooms available, with guests, average room rate and revenue per available room.
Open Rooms and choose Capacity. It compares rooms sold with rooms available, and shows guests, the average room rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Use it for the week or the month. A heat map shows which nights and room types are filling up, so a quiet Tuesday and a full Saturday are visible without opening each stay.
The percentage along the top of the diary is the same idea for a single night: rooms occupied divided by rooms you can sell. Capacity is the longer view, with the rate and the revenue alongside.
