Getting started

Five steps cover the first afternoon. Do them in order. Each one links to the short guide.

1. Card payments, if guests will pay you online. Connect card payments so a deposit or a ticket goes to your own Stripe account. Skip this if you only need the rota and the till.
2. The people who run it. Add a manager, then anyone else who needs to clock in.
3. Next week’s shifts. Build the rota and publish it. The team clock in against it.
4. The till. Take a first order, then close the day once so the Z is familiar before a Saturday.
5. The part you sell on top. A function room is Spaces. Bedrooms are Rooms. A quiz or a dinner is Tickets.
