Adding extras
Teas and coffees, a buffet, a projector. Priced per person or per booking.
Extras are the things a guest can add to a space when they book. Each one has a name, a price, and whether that price is per person or per booking.
Add one
On the space, open the extras step and add a line. Two examples from a function room:
- A glass of prosecco at a price per person.
- A projector at a price per booking.
Per person is multiplied by the party size. Per booking is charged once, however many people come.
What the guest sees
Extras appear on the same screen as the deposit. The guest ticks the ones they want, and the total updates before they pay.
Food or drink you would rather take on the day can stay off this list. Anything you do list is agreed, and paid with the deposit, at the time of booking.
Save the space when the list is right. You can change an extra later; it applies to new bookings.
