The booking confirmation
What the guest receives, and the balance still to pay.
When a booking is confirmed, the guest sees the space, the date, the session, the party size, what they have paid and what is left to pay.
The same details are in the confirmation email. It uses your venue name. You can add your own note, for arrival instructions or a cancellation line, before the booking is saved.
If they paid a deposit
The confirmation separates the deposit already paid from the balance due on the day. Extras they added, such as a buffet or a projector, are listed on the same summary. See Sessions, prices and deposits.
If it was an enquiry
An enquiry does not send a paid confirmation until you confirm it. Once you do, the guest gets the same confirmation as a booking. See Taking an enquiry.
