Changing or cancelling a booking

Open Spaces and find the booking in the list. You can search by the guest’s name.

Change it

From the booking you can move the date or the session, change the party size, or change the layout, as long as the room is free and the new layout can hold the party. The price updates from the session and the numbers.

If the guest has already paid a deposit, the balance due changes with the new total. The confirmation shows what they have paid and what is left.

Cancel it

Cancel the booking to free the session. If a deposit was paid by card, refund it from the booking. The refund goes back to the card the guest used. Stripe’s own fees still apply to the original payment.

A cancelled session can be booked again straight away, unless you have blocked the date.
