Taking an enquiry instead of a booking
Let guests ask first, and confirm the booking yourself.
A space can take a firm booking, or an enquiry that you confirm. Use an enquiry when you want to check the date before it is held.
Switch a space to enquiries
On the space, choose enquiry rather than instant booking. Guests can still pick the room, the date and the session. They are told the request needs confirming, and they are not charged yet.
Confirm it
The request arrives with the guest’s name, the space, the date, the session and the party size. Confirm it to hold the room, or decline it so the session stays free for someone else.
A confirmed enquiry then follows the same path as any other booking, including the confirmation the guest receives.
Other spaces can stay on instant booking with a deposit. The choice is per space.
